Responsible Play & Support (NZ)
KiwiWheel.com is committed to helping you play responsibly. Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money.

Know the signs & set boundaries
- Only gamble with money and time you can afford to lose.
- Set a budget and a time limit before you start; stop when you reach either limit.
- Avoid chasing losses, borrowing to gamble, or gambling when stressed, upset, or under the influence.
- Take regular breaks and keep track of wins/losses over time (not just a single session).
- If gambling is affecting your wellbeing, relationships, or finances, get support early.
Tools & controls (where available)
You can request account controls to help manage play:
- Deposit/spend limits (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Session time limits and reality-check reminders.
- Cooling-off (timeout) periods.
- Permanent account closure.
To request changes, contact us at contact@kiwiwheel.com or call +64 21 864 7391. Some limits may not take effect immediately; we will confirm when they apply.
Timeout & self-exclusion
If you need a break, you can request a timeout or self-exclusion by contacting us. When self-excluded, you should not attempt to open new accounts, and reinstatement is not available until the exclusion period ends.
- Contact support (email/phone) and specify “timeout” or “self-exclusion” and the desired duration.
- We will confirm your request and apply restrictions to your account access.
- For added protection, consider blocking gambling sites on your device and seeking professional support (see below).
Note: Device/app blocking tools are third-party and not operated by KiwiWheel Limited.
Under 18
Gambling is for adults. If you are under 18, do not use KiwiWheel.com. Parents/guardians should consider device-level controls and monitor payment methods and access.
