Time box every session

Decide your stop time before you start. Use your phone timer or calendar reminder—don’t rely on “one more spin.”

Check‑in: 3 quick questions

• Am I playing for fun (not to escape stress)?
• Do I know my stop time and limit?
• Would I be okay stopping right now?
