The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. We may request information to verify age and may restrict or suspend access if we cannot confirm eligibility.
2) Entertainment-only social casino
KiwiWheel.com is a social casino experience. Gameplay uses virtual coins/tokens for entertainment. No real money gambling occurs on the Service, and there is no opportunity to win real money or prizes of real-world value through play.
3) Virtual currency and items
- Virtual coins/tokens and any virtual items are licensed to you for use within the Service only.
- They have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, or redeemed for real money.
- We may modify, manage, regulate, or remove virtual currency/items (including balances) where required for safety, integrity, or compliance, or if we reasonably believe there is misuse.
4) In‑app purchases (IAP) & billing
Some features or virtual currency may be available for purchase. Purchases are optional and do not enable real-money winnings. Prices, availability, and purchase options may change. Where purchases are processed through a third-party platform (e.g., app store), your transaction may also be subject to that platform’s terms and refund rules.
5) Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Attempting to circumvent age-gating, security, or access controls.
- Cheating, exploiting bugs, automating gameplay, or using bots/scripts.
- Harassing, threatening, or posting unlawful, hateful, or abusive content.
- Interfering with the Service (e.g., scraping, reverse engineering, denial-of-service attempts).
- Using the Service in a way that violates applicable New Zealand laws or the laws where you reside.
6) Accounts and security
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
