Virtual Coins & In‑App Purchases Disclosure

1) What you can buy
Our games/apps may offer optional in‑app purchases such as virtual coins, chips, tokens, boosts, or cosmetic items (“Virtual Items”). These purchases are optional and are not required to play unless stated in‑app.
2) No cash value; no cash‑out
- Virtual Items have no monetary value, are not currency, and are not redeemable for cash, money, cryptocurrency, or any real‑world value.
- Virtual Items cannot be exchanged for prizes, gift cards, or anything of value.
- We do not offer, support, or permit any “cash‑out” feature. Any third‑party offer to buy/sell/transfer Virtual Items is unauthorised and may result in account action.
3) Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown at the point of purchase (typically in NZD where applicable) and are processed by your app store or payment provider. The final amount charged (including any taxes, fees, or currency conversion) is determined by that provider and shown before you confirm purchase.
4) Delivery
Virtual Items are usually delivered immediately to your account after confirmation of payment. Delivery can be delayed due to connectivity issues, store processing, fraud checks, or maintenance. If you are charged but do not receive items, contact us with your purchase receipt and account details.
5) Subscriptions and recurring purchases
If a subscription is offered, the app will clearly disclose the price, billing period, included benefits, and renewal terms before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your app store/account settings. We do not create subscriptions without your explicit confirmation.
6) Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks
Refunds for in‑app purchases are handled according to the rules of the store/payment provider used for the transaction (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play). If you believe a purchase was unauthorised or incorrect, contact the provider first and also let us know so we can help investigate. Chargebacks or reversed payments may result in removal of Virtual Items and/or account restrictions.
7) Restrictions and fair use
Virtual Items are licensed for personal, non‑transferable use within the applicable game/app only. We may adjust, reprice, limit, or discontinue Virtual Items to maintain balance and integrity, subject to applicable New Zealand consumer and fair trading laws.
8) Parental controls
If you share a device with a minor, we recommend enabling device/app‑store purchase controls (password/PIN, biometric confirmation, and spending limits) to prevent unauthorised purchases.
